While going hair-free may not sound like a difference-maker in the popular reality series, it really turned out to be just that.
Contestants on Australian Survivor feel the benefits of laser hair removal
Finding a food and water source. Looking for a comfortable place to sleep. Forming an alliance.
And… getting laser hair removal?
Would you believe it might actually help you win the contest?
Hey, whatever works to win Survivor Australia! After all, the show’s motto is “Outwit. Outplay. Outlast.”
While going hair-free may not sound like a difference-maker in the popular reality series, it really turned out to be just that, according to a Who.com article.
Three female contestants from Survivor: Brains vs. Brawn shared the difficulties they faced throughout the contest and what it was like to be without some of their everyday essentials.
Not having typical skin products in the hot Australian sun was a missed luxury, but all three contestants said they had laser hair removal treatment prior to the competition, and that choice paid dividends.
The only difference was where in the hair-free journey each contestant was at the time of filming. Two contestants, having finished treatment before the contest, didn’t need to worry about hair growth. The third started treatment shortly before Survivor and still needed to shave.
Among all the elements that need to be in place before the Survivor experience, getting hair-free wasn’t one of them for these women.
They already had that covered! They would all agree that getting hair-free is a must, and in a game of strategy, that’s a leg up on the competition!
