… yet another way in which laser hair removal is improving the lives of many!
Salon owner offers free laser hair removal treatment to those with PCOS
A United Kingdom aesthetics salon owner is making a big difference in the lives of those who live with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) or endometriosis.
The Grimsby Telegraph highlights the story of Rach Waterman, a 27-year-old who opened RW Aesthetics in April 2021.
Waterman had intended to open her salon in November 2020, but with a pandemic impacting most of the world, the opening was delayed.
Her salon offers a variety of services, including anti-wrinkle injections, laser liposuction, and now, laser hair removal!
But most importantly, Waterman is crafting a plan in which women with PCOS or endometriosis can have the service of laser hair removal for free as a means to boost their self-esteem and mental health while saving money!
Waterman had witnessed herself how women with both conditions had seen their mental health suffer, largely due to the result of unwanted facial hair, which is a symptom of both conditions.
She implemented laser hair removal into her salon due to such a high demand for the service. Waterman was looking for a way to give back, and she thought the gift of hair-free skin and a boost in confidence by way of laser hair removal was the most sensible option.
